Registration Deadlines and Pricing

• You may register for this meeting on this web site until October 1st, 2008.

 

• The registration fee includes conference bag, program and abstract book, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, welcome wine reception, gala banquet (not included in Mainland Chinese student registration fee.The price for the event is RMB 350) and complimentary one-day tour of the Great Wall and the Forbidden City (not included in Mainland Chinese participants and Mainland Chinese students registration fees. The price for the tour is $50 or RMB 350).

• Registration fee for accompanying participants (family members): welcome wine reception, gala banquet and complimentary one-day tour of the Great Wall and the Forbidden City.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

• Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
• Cancellation received prior to August 1, 2008 - full refund will be made.
• Cancellation received from August 1 to September 1, 2008 – refund less 50% deduction will be made.
• Cancellation received after October 1, 2008 – no refund.

Online Registration

 

PayPal securely processes online payments for the conference registration. 

 

You can use your PayPal account for the registration.

 

Please note that you don't need to have a PayPal account for the payment, and PayPal will accept registration payment using any credit cards.

Credit Card: Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master, American Express), but there will be a 4% service charges calculated on the total amount paid, and please send us a copy of your credit card with both front and back sides with your Payment Form by Credit Card (obligation by the Bank of China). Besides, it is billed in Chinese currency RMB Yuan. Consequently, the amount charged to your credit card may vary due to fluctuations of currency exchange rates.
